Diffrence between refined and unrefined coconut oil?

i bought spectrum organic coconut oil for my hair and it seems to work well. but what the diffrance between the organic one and the virgin one? it sayd the organic one is refines and the virgin one is unrefinedDiffrence between refined and unrefined coconut oil?
