If a New Refinery is built in the United States should it refine Sour Crude oil or Sweet crude oil?

One company wants to alliviate the tight refining capacity according to CNBCIf a New Refinery is built in the United States should it refine Sour Crude oil or Sweet crude oil?
It would probably end up processing sour crude since that's more profitable for the refineryIf a New Refinery is built in the United States should it refine Sour Crude oil or Sweet crude oil?
New refineries should probably be built to process medium sour crude oil because the marginal barrel of new production is medium and sour. Not light, sweet as it has historically been.
